“I Said This You Heard That” 6 Week Marriage/Couples Class

Using Kathleen Edelmans’s  I Said This You Heard That curriculum we’ll learn about the four main temperaments and how they affect the way we communicate. Once we understand our God given wiring as well as the wiring of our partner, we will learn how to best meet one another’s needs, understand and leverage strengths and weaknesses, learn to argue constructively, and practice the best way to communicate as a result of personal temperament.

Temperament Based Parenting 6 Week Class

Using Kathleen Edelman’s A Grown-Up’s Guide To Kids’ Wiring curriculum we’ll learn about the four main temperaments and how to identify a child’s God given wiring. With this knowledge, parents will learn to understand what makes their child “tick” and how to better motivate, communicate, produce better behavior, and enjoy fuller more life giving relationships within their family.

Marriage Workshop

The marriage workshop is a condensed version of the class including the same overall tools within a one day commitment. There will be teaching, humor, small group discussion, interviews, and more, culminating in a better understanding of ourselves and our partner, healthy communication and an understanding of how to enable each one to be the best version of themselves. As these tools are put into practice the dynamics of the entire family will be improved resulting in a more peaceful and encouraging atmosphere within the home.

Parenting Workshop

The parenting workshop is full of information from Kathleen Edelman’s decades of research and experience among other sources of information. It is a one day commitment in learning about how to best communicate, motivate, encourage, and show appreciation and respect for the individual that your child/children are. By understanding what their innate needs are, you will gain a better understanding of how to encourage and motivate your child towards becoming their best selves. Most importantly they will receive the message of acceptance, worth, and a sort of permission to be their true selves.
